Craig Gillespie is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investments. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance and Investments for the City of Barrie since June 2021, Craig has previously held key positions such as Supervisor of Debt and Investor Relations at York Region from September 2015 to June 2021. Craig's expertise in actuarial services was developed through managerial and analytical roles at Deloitte and The Segal Company, along with earlier positions at PwC, Hymans Robertson, and Mercer. Craig holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Strathclyde.
