Toni Davis is an experienced professional in public safety and customer service, currently serving as a Public Safety Dispatcher for both the City of Bangor and the University of Maine since mid-2023. With a background that includes roles as a 911 Dispatcher and Emergency Dispatcher at the Penobscot Regional Communications Center and County of Penobscot from 2018 to 2023, Toni has developed extensive skills in emergency communications. Additionally, Toni has held leadership positions such as Treasurer for the Maine Nurses Honor Guard and Evening Supervisor at Voyager Call Center, where responsibilities included coaching, problem identification, and customer service enhancement. Previous experience also encompasses management roles in retail, exemplified by positions at Things Remembered and Destination Maternity Corporation, focusing on team training, customer service, and operational responsibilities. Toni is a graduate of Bucksport High School and has pursued studies at the University of Maine at Augusta.
