Lucas Presta has been working as a Senior Recruiter at the City of Baltimore since November 2019. Prior to this role, Lucas worked at Patient First from December 2005 to November 2019, starting as an HR Recruiting Coordinator and later transitioning to a Patient Service Representative. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School.
