Frank B. Coakley has held various leadership positions in the financial and community development sectors. Frank B. has served as Chief Lending Officer at Baltimore Community Lending since 2015, and as Assistant Secretary at the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development from 2007 to August 2015. Prior to that, Frank B. held positions at The Harbor Bank of Maryland, Fannie Mae, and the State of Maryland. Coakley's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Vice President, Director, and Executive Vice President. Frank B. is an alumnus of Baltimore City College and Morgan State University.
