Doug Kemp currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Asheboro, a position held since August 2017. Prior to this role, Doug Kemp spent over 25 years at Klaussner Furniture, advancing through several positions including Vice President of Continuous Improvement, Vice President of Human Resources, Workers Compensation Manager, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor. Doug Kemp earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UNC Chapel Hill, graduating in 1992.
