Sam Rogers is a Civil Engineer specializing in drainage and floodplain at the City of Arvada since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sam worked at Muller Engineering Company from February 2007 to June 2022, starting as a Water Resources Intern and progressing to Project Engineer and Design Engineer. Sam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2013.
