Joseph Kunze, CGCS, is an experienced golf course operations professional currently serving as the Golf Course Operations Manager for the City of Arvada since January 2020. Previous roles include Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Lakewood Country Club from October 2015 to January 2020, Irrigation Technician at Fossil Trace Golf Club from August 2012 to October 2015, and Crew Leader at Green Valley Ranch Golf Club for a brief period in 2012. Joseph began the career as Golf Course Superintendent at Neillsville Country Club from January 2005 to February 2012, following an earlier position as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at The Oaks Golf Course from April 2003 to December 2004. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass Science from Penn State University, completed between 2014 and 2016, and is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a high school diploma from Neillsville High School earned in 1999.
