Stephen K. currently serves as the Library Services Manager for Technology Services at the City of Arlington, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen K. worked at the City of Garland as a Senior Librarian specializing in Electronic Resources from August 2021 to March 2023. Stephen K.'s extensive experience in library services began at Wilmette Public Library, where roles included Digital Services Manager, Virtual Services Manager, and Young Adult & Technology Applications Librarian from November 2010 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at Frankfort Public Library District as Reference & Readers' Services Librarian and Youth Services Assistant Librarian from January 2009 to November 2010. Stephen K. holds a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) focused on Public Libraries from Dominican University, attained in December 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Japanese from Denison University, completed in May 2007.
