Victor Aguirre is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering design, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer for the City of Anaheim since October 2022, Victor previously held roles at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. as a Civil EIT/Project Engineer and at C.W. Howe Partners, Inc. as a Civil Project Engineer. Victor's career began as a Civil Engineering Intern at Quantum Consulting, Inc. Responsibilities have included utilizing AutoCAD for engineering design, data analysis, project proposal writing, and making presentations to both public and private officials. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, awarded in 2015.
