Beth Walls is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in municipal human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and City Secretary for the City of Alvarado since May 2022, Beth has previously held roles such as Embedded Human Resource Professional with Strategic Government Resources and City Secretary/Director of Human Resources for the City of Levelland. Beth's background includes significant expertise in risk management, records management, and labor relations, having acted as Senior Human Resource Manager at Cingular Wireless, where grievances for 750 union employees were handled. Beth holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Akron.
