Kirk Felker currently serves as a Police Lieutenant with the City of Alliance since October 2021 and has taken on the role of Interim Chief of Police for the Alliance Nebraska Police Department as of September 2023. With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, Kirk Felker began as a Police Sergeant with the Alliance Police Department and completed the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center 133rd Basic training in 1997. Additionally, Kirk Felker has over 10 years of experience as a K-9 Handler for the department. Educational background includes studies at Mid-Plains Community College and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
