Elisa Coyle is a seasoned Senior GIS Analyst with extensive experience at the City of Allentown since April 2002. Prior to this role, Elisa worked as a GIS Technician at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. from August 2000 to April 2002. Educationally, Elisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from Temple University, earned between 1995 and 1999, and completed high school at Bethlehem Catholic High School from 1991 to 1995.
