Ashley Capangpangan, CPA, serves as a Senior Accountant for the City of Allen since September 2020 and has been an Accountant at Etta Projects since October 2016. Prior experience includes a Tax Accountant role at Yasmin Caldwell CPA PS Inc from January 2014 to September 2020, where Ashley specialized in various tax forms and bookkeeping with QuickBooks. Earlier experience includes work as an Accounting Clerk at Fiduciary Counselling, Inc., where Ashley prepared financial statements and assisted with audits. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from DeVry University, along with an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Green River College.
