Matthew Badie is a police officer currently working at the City of Alameda since March 2020. Prior to this, Matthew was a police officer trainee at the Oakland Police Department from October 2021 to April 2022. Matthew also worked as a Field Operations Specialist at CityHealth Urgent Care from June 2018 to January 2022. In addition, Matthew was a Police Explorer at the San Leandro Police Department from February 2015 to May 2020. Matthew is certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Matthew has worked in various roles such as a Theater Technician at San Leandro High School, a waiter at Carlton Senior Living, a Young Marine with the Young Marines, and as a student at Envision Experience. Matthew completed their high school education at San Leandro High School in 2019 and continued their education at Chabot College from 2019 to 2021.
