Tony Nicholas has extensive experience in building inspection and property management, currently serving as the Building Official for the City of Adrian since August 2019. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of Regional Field Services Manager for Altisource Solutions, Inc., overseeing inspections and evaluations of real estate properties across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. As the Owner/Inspector of Nicholas Home Inspection, LLC, from January 2005 to May 2018, Tony conducted home and commercial building inspections. Tony also served as a Property Manager for Liberty Hill / Community Housing Network, Inc., managing over 200 properties for individuals with disabilities and overseeing a substantial maintenance budget. Previous experience includes working as a Building Inspector for the City of Allen Park, MI, ensuring compliance with building codes and managing operational staff. Tony holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science / Industrial Technology from Baker College, earned between 2004 and 2006.
