Sara Petersen has extensive experience in commercial real estate banking, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and San Diego Team Lead for City National Bank since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sara held various senior positions at Union Bank, where responsibilities included relationship management for top-tier private commercial real estate clients, spanning from Director to Vice President. Earlier experience includes a Vice President role at US Bank, focusing on managing portfolios for private and institutional clients, as well as a Credit Officer role at Union Bank, where Sara addressed issues related to non-performing real estate loans. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA.
