Ibraheem Alinur

Ibraheem Alinur has a diverse range of work experience. Ibraheem is currently working as a Vice President at 2Flo Ventures, a healthcare and life science venture studio that funds and supports health innovation. Prior to this role, Ibraheem worked as a Senior Associate at 2Flo Ventures, where they focused on investing in diverse healthcare entrepreneurs and companies.

Before joining 2Flo Ventures, Ibraheem founded and served as CEO of City Health Tech, a company that designs and builds connected devices to improve community health. Ibraheem has also worked as a Venture Partner at Wefunder, a platform that allows people to invest in innovators and creatives. Additionally, Ibraheem has experience as a Director of Platform and Community at GoodLight Capital, where they invested in untapped founders and provided support and community resources.

Ibraheem has also been involved in mentoring and advisory roles. Ibraheem has served as a Mentor at Impact Ventures, a startup accelerator and integrated capital fund that supports women and minority entrepreneurs. Ibraheem has also been an Advisory Board Member at the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, where they provided guidance on entrepreneurship growth at Northwestern University. Furthermore, Ibraheem has experience as a Guest Lecturer at the McCormick School of Engineering.

In the past, Ibraheem worked as an Educational Tutor and a Project Consultant for the Chicago Principals & Administrators Association. Throughout their career, Ibraheem has demonstrated a commitment to promoting equity and innovation in healthcare and entrepreneurship.

Ibraheem Alinur holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well as a Segal Design Certificate from Northwestern University. During their time at Northwestern, they also participated in a Co-Op program. Ibraheem has an additional certification in Venture Deals from the Kauffman Fellows, which they obtained in December 2020. Ibraheem also completed the Minority Introduction to Technology Engineering and Science program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to their college education, they enrolled in dual enrollment courses at Seminole State College of Florida during their junior and senior years of high school. Ibraheem completed their high school education at Paul J Hagerty High School. Furthermore, Ibraheem obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
