Geraldine Fermin is a seasoned professional in the food service and culinary industries, currently serving as a Program Manager at City Harvest since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing cooking demonstrations in various locations across the five boroughs. Previous experience includes working as Head Chef at Food Design Conceptual Events from May 2015 to December 2018, and as School Foodservice Manager for the NYC Department of Education from September 2007 to August 2016, focusing on administrative tasks and staff management in several schools in Queens. Additionally, Geraldine held the position of Sous Chef and restaurant manager assistant at Grilled Fish from November 2010 to August 2012, emphasizing staff supervision and inventory control.
