Charlotte Freeman has a diverse work experience in various roles within the education and training industry. Charlotte started their career at Newcastle College in 2006 as an Employment Development Officer/ Employer Engagement - Apprenticeships, where they focused on quality assurance and compliance of apprenticeship frameworks. Charlotte then moved on to NCFE in 2012, where they held roles such as Business Development Coordinator and Apprenticeship Development Manager, providing support and advice on products and services to colleges and training providers in the North East, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. In 2019, they joined City & Guilds as the EPA Team Manager, and later became the Head of EPA Sales. In October 2020, they took on the role of Head of UK Sales at City & Guilds.
Charlotte Freeman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University. Charlotte obtained this degree from June 2000 to June 2004. In addition to their degree, Charlotte has obtained several certifications, including CiN Trained - 6 Lean Six Sigma techniques, Anti Bribery, Team Ampersand Award Winner 2021, Running 2021 - Community Contributor, Everyday Leader, Ampersand Award Team of the Year 2020, Ampersand Award Nominee 2020, Functional Skills Ready (2019) ā Supporter, GDPR & Data Privacy, and Cyber Security ā Journey to Safety. These certifications were obtained from various institutions such as City & Guilds and City & Guilds Group. The certifications were obtained between April 2019 and March 2022.
