Ranjana Reddy is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in operations and executive management within various educational organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Operations at KIPP New Jersey since July 2015 and as the Connecticut Executive Director for Educators 4 Excellence since February 2014, Ranjana has a strong background in driving educational initiatives. Previous roles include Priority Project Manager at the Connecticut State Department of Education and founding teacher and grade level chair at Rise Academy, a KIPP School. Ranjana began the career as a 7th grade teacher with the NYC Department of Education. Ranjana holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Society with a focus on Ethics in Society from Stanford University.
