Rajesh Sahay is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Partner - Enterprise Consulting at Flipcarbon since November 2022, Rajesh specializes in strategic transformation initiatives, focusing on transitioning IT/ITES operations to business centers. Prior to this role, Rajesh held significant positions including SVP & Head of HR at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting from March 2010 to November 2022, Executive Director & Head HR at UBS from June 2007 to March 2010, and GM Talent Engagement and Development at Wipro Technologies from July 2000 to June 2007. Rajesh began a career in human resources at NTPC Limited and ARVIND MILLS, culminating in valuable expertise across various industries. Rajesh holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, completed in 1990.
