Ethan Gray is a seasoned education leader with extensive experience in supporting public schooling initiatives. Currently serving as a Partner at City Fund since March 2018, Ethan focuses on enhancing access to quality public schools for children and families. Previously, Ethan founded and led Education Cities from June 2010 to July 2018, where efforts centered on increasing high-performing public schools nationwide. Additionally, time spent at The Mind Trust involved key roles in education policy and innovation, particularly in the development of initiatives like the CEE-Trust. Early career contributions included serving as Policy Director at Be the Change, Inc. and as a Research Assistant in Education Policy at Education Sector. Ethan's academic credentials include an Ed.M in Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Comparative Study of Religion from Harvard University.
