Susan Mills is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Melbourne City FC since May 2019. In this role, Susan is responsible for leading the People strategy, focusing on delivering exceptional resourcing, management, and comprehensive people solutions across various departments. Prior to this position, Susan held the role of Head of Human Resources at Lindsay Park Racing from July 2006 to May 2019, where responsibilities included implementing best practices in workforce management, overseeing recruitment and change management, and providing operational HR and industrial relations advice. Earlier in their career, Susan gained experience as a Law Clerk at Middletons and Sackville Wilks & Co. Susan is an alumnus of RMIT University.
