Brian Argrett serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of City First Bank of DC, the largest Black-led Minority Depository Institution in the United States. In addition to leading City First Bank, Brian is a member of the Board of Directors for IntraFi and Western Bankers, and chairs City First Enterprises, a nonprofit focused on social finance solutions. Brian has held various leadership roles in organizations dedicated to community development, including serving as a Director and former Chairman of the Community Development Bankers Association and as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Brian's background includes significant experience in private equity as the Managing Partner of Fulcrum Capital Group. Brian holds a joint JD/MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Virginia.
