Dina Hamad currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Collections at HDP - Housing and Development Properties since February 2024 and has been a Collections Officer at City Edge Developments since January 2019. Previously, Dina held the position of Operations Officer at Palm Hills Developments from April 2016 to January 2019, and worked in customer service roles at Amer Group from April 2013 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries and ensuring high standards of service. Dina holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels from Helwan University Cairo, earned between 2008 and 2012.
