Barbara McDaniel Quintero is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial sales. Since March 2018, Barbara has been involved with City Connections Realty, managing the Strivers' Management portfolio and directly engaging with clients including residential renters, buyers, sellers, and investors. Prior to this, from December 2012 to February 2018, Barbara worked at Aizer Realty Group Manhattan, successfully identifying investment properties and selling 16 of the 22 Brownstones in the investor's portfolio. Between August 2009 and November 2012, Barbara served as an agent at Weichert, Realtors, earning the Rookie of the Year title in Sales and achieving a 25% conversion rate of rental clients into first-time homebuyers. Barbara's career began at Saks Fifth Avenue, where leadership and negotiation skills were honed, significantly enhancing customer service capabilities and contributing to a successful real estate career.
