Lisa Cooper Wilkins, EdD, currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs at City College of San Francisco since December 2020. With extensive experience in higher education, Wilkins has held various leadership positions including Assistant Superintendent and Vice President of Student Services at San Joaquin Delta College, and Associate Vice President for Student Life at the University of the Pacific. Additionally, Wilkins is an ALF Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum and has participated in leadership programs such as the Aspen Presidential Fellowship and the Thomas Lakin Institute for Mentored Leadership. Wilkins has a strong educational background, holding a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University, a Master’s degree in Psychological Services from Marymount University, a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University, and a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from Goucher College.
