Maya Holt is an experienced literary and communications professional with a strong background in editing, writing, and documentation. Currently serving as a Submissions Reader for X-R-A-Y Literary Magazine, Maya comments on submissions and collaborates with editors. At City Bureau, Maya documents city committee meetings to enhance accountability and access to information. Previous roles include a Communications Intern at Invisible Institute, where Maya curated social media and improved website content, and a Blog Writer for The Executive Advisory, LLC. Maya also has editorial experience from Memoryhouse Literary Magazine and served as an Opinion Columnist for The Chicago Maroon.
