Alyx Sparrow is a Senior Data Analyst with extensive experience in human resources and data analysis. Currently employed by the City and County of Denver since June 2023, Alyx previously held positions including Associate Consultant at Tandem Motion, where the focus was on complex human capital issues. Prior roles at the City and County of Denver from 2014 to 2022 involved managing pre-employment assessment programs. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resource Consultant at Southern California Edison, an HR Analyst at the County of Riverside, and Trainer for the Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Alyx began a career in data analysis with an internship at the State of Utah Department of Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah State University.
