Kristian Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and business training. Currently a Retirement Analyst at MERS of Michigan since May 2021, Kristian also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University and Higher Education, where courses in international business and economics are managed. Kristian delivers business and language coaching through International Learning Enterprises, focusing on international organizations in China and Southeast Asia. Previous roles include providing customer service at Jackson, teaching at Ashford University and Strayer University, and consulting in financial and insurance services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and International Studies from Taylor University and an MBA in International Business from Baker Center for Graduate Studies.
