Krystina Neuman, PhD, CMPP has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific communications and medical research. Krystina is currently working as a Scientific Director at The Curry Rockefeller Group, LLC since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Scientific Director at the same company from June 2020 to May 2021.

Dr. Neuman has also worked as a Scientific Editor/Copy Editor at John Wiley and Sons starting from March 2015. Their responsibilities in this role included proofreading, editing, and applying house style to manuscripts, ensuring scientific accuracy, and managing manuscript timelines.

At ICON plc, Dr. Neuman served as a Senior Medical Writer from November 2017 to June 2020. During this time, they contributed to the development of medical documents and reports.

From December 2016 to November 2017, Dr. Neuman worked as an Associate Medical Writer at Prescott Medical Communications Group. In this role, they collaborated with pharmaceutical companies to meet publication goals and provided cross-functional support with account managers and directors.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Neuman gained experience as a Graduate Student and Undergraduate Research Advisor at Rush University Medical Center. Their research focused on substrates underlying neuronal dysfunction in Alzheimerā€™s disease. Krystina also served as the Graduate College Student Council President and Student Representative at Rush University and Indiana University respectively.

Krystina Neuman, PhD, CMPP, has an extensive education history in the field of neuroscience. Krystina obtained their Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Neuroscience, Chemistry, and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued their passion for neuroscience further by attending Rush University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned their PhD in Neuroscience.

In addition to their academic achievements, Krystina Neuman has obtained the Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) certification from the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP). Krystina acquired this certification in July 2020, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
