Nicholas has worked with companies such as WJPZ Radio, Inside Lacrosse, and East Carolina Radio, showcasing their skills in sports broadcasting and production. As the Executive Producer and Director of the sports program On The Bench, Dugan has played a significant role in the sports media industry.
