Monique Evans is an experienced professional in business process optimization and project management, currently serving as the Director of Business Process Optimization at Citrus and Allied Essences Ltd since May 2012. Previously held the roles of Project Manager for the Customer Service Department's Strategic Reorganization and Senior Account Executive. From May 2019 to June 2021, Monique was involved with Trilogy Essential Ingredients, contributing to a project focused on the digital automation of manufacturing operations. Earlier experience includes roles in marketing research at Playback Clothing LLC, senior account executive positions at Eka Chemicals and Hercules, Inc., and involvement as a process engineer for distillation operations. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
