Ilse Papenburg has extensive experience in the education and service sectors, currently serving as the Manager of klantenservice & binnendienst at Cito since June 2008. In addition to this role, Ilse has held positions as an R&D specialist at citolab, a team leader for primary education advisors, and a test expert/advisor for primary education. Prior to Cito, Ilse worked as an education advisor at SOM Onderwijsadviseurs from February 2003 to May 2008. Ilse obtained a degree from Radboud University, completing studies from 1997 to 2002.
