Tai Spears is currently a Customer Support Manager at CitNOW, with previous experience as a Technical Operations Specialist at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at N-able and as a Technical Support Specialist at Interacoustics A/S. Tai also held positions as a Replenishment Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor at B&M Retail.
