Hamlet Rosario, P.E. is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving at Citnalta Construction Corp since March 2023, Hamlet is involved in a design-build project for LIRR ADA upgrades across nine stations. Previously, Hamlet held a significant role at ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. from April 2011 to April 2023, managing projects such as the NYSDOT Bronx River Parkway over Metro North and serving in various capacities including Civil Manager and Project Engineer for critical NYSDOT projects. Earlier experience includes project management at Beni Construction and operational roles at Granite Construction and Yonkers Contracting Company, showcasing a comprehensive background in collaborating with diverse stakeholders in both commercial and residential projects. Hamlet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The City College of New York.
