Carmen Filpo is a seasoned Contract Manager at Citnalta Construction Corp, with extensive experience in managing multimillion-dollar construction projects for both government and private-sector clients since February 2002. Previously serving as an Assistant Project Manager, Carmen has demonstrated a successful track record in assisting project management teams on various projects, including those for the NYC School Construction Projects and Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority. Carmen holds a Certificate in Construction Project Management from New York University and has additional background in construction management studies.
