Nicole Kauphusman, SHRM-SCP has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles and industries. Nicole currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Citizens State Bank - Cadott, a position they have held since May 2019. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Express Employment Professionals from December 2016 to May 2019, starting as a Business Development Professional and eventually being promoted to Territory General Manager.
