Ryan Gatti is the Vice President of Innovation at Citizens, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Director of Technology Scouting at Dcode, facilitating connections between technology and government to foster commercial innovation in the federal market. Ryan's career includes significant experience at Monitor Deloitte, where roles included Horizon Scanning & Technology Scouting Lead and Fellow at the Deloitte Center for the Edge, focusing on emerging business and technology opportunities. Earlier experience at Visa involved expanding emerging market strategies and leading initiatives related to financial inclusion. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Economics, Finance, and International Business from Villanova University, where also served as a Student Representative to the Board of Trustees.
