Michael Santos has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as SVP and Head of Business Banking Commercial Real Estate & Upper Sales Segment at Citizens since November 2012, also holding the role of Chief Operating Officer for Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this, Santos worked at RBS Citizens as SVP and Chief Administrative Officer for the Specialty Banking Group, overseeing operations in commercial real estate and private equity. Additional experience includes SVP Director of Sales & Support for Commercial Banking Strategy & Development at Citizens Financial Group, as well as leadership roles in strategy and sales management at Sovereign Bank and Bank of America. Santos began their career in banking as a Broker Associate at REMAX Professionals.
