Zoya Barker, M.A., currently serves as a Culture & Inclusion Specialist at Citizens Energy Group, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Zoya was a Graduate Assistant at the IU Health Foundation from August 2020 to March 2022 and completed a diversity and inclusion internship at Midcontinent Independent System Operator from May 2019 to May 2020. Zoya's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, obtained in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies from Butler University, completed in May 2020. Additional experience includes roles such as a Writing Center Tutor at Butler University, Editor in Chief at Odyssey, and involvement with Tri Delta as Body Image Chair. Zoya's diverse skill set is further complemented by previous positions in customer service and administrative support.
