Shelby Sawyers, M.S., serves as the Manager of Governance & Board Affairs at Citizens Energy Group, a role held since November 2020, following various positions including Supervisor of Field Service Management and Training Development, Project Lead for Field Service Management, Training Coordinator for Dispatch, Senior Distribution Dispatcher, and Distribution Dispatcher. Prior experience includes serving as a Trainer at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from June 2019 to September 2020, where onboarding and development of new employees were key responsibilities, alongside utilizing Trello and Slack for progress tracking. Earlier roles at Adventures In Missions span from December 2014 to June 2019, where leadership and event management competencies were developed in positions such as Corporate Events & Merchandise Manager. Shelby also began a career at Citizens Energy Group in May 2014 as a Customer Service Representative.
