Michael Miller, PE, currently serves as the Manager of Technical Services & Construction at Citizens Energy Group since October 2013. Prior to this role, Michael was the Vice President and Senior Associate at NTH Consultants, Ltd. from May 1998 to September 2013. Michael holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering obtained from Michigan State University, where studies were completed between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the same institution, graduating in 1996.
