Laura Plumb has extensive experience in both management and therapeutic roles. Currently, Laura serves as Network Services Manager, Project Manager, and Network Engagement Officer at Citizens Advice Scotland since March 2019. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Massage Therapist at Massage Focus from January 2019 to June 2022, specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, and remedial/sports massage. Laura's background includes positions as Engagement Worker at Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations' Council, Manager at Link Up Women's Support Centre, and Projects Manager for Recovery Essentials, addressing issues related to mental health and addiction.
