Matthew Kiely is a Trainee Money Advice Caseworker and Triage Assessor at Citizens Advice Manchester since January 2019, where responsibilities include providing an inbound telephone advice service, assessing client issues, and maintaining quality standards to meet KPI targets. Additionally, Matthew serves as a Research and Campaigns Volunteer, focusing on fuel poverty in Manchester to encourage council intervention.
