Stuart Woodward is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Product and International Regulatory Compensation at Citi since June 2023. Previously, Stuart held multiple senior roles at Credit Suisse, including Managing Director positions overseeing Banking & International Compensation and Total Rewards for EMEA. At Lloyds Banking Group, Stuart was Reward Director, responsible for remuneration governance and regulatory compliance from 2012 to 2022. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Deloitte focused on Financial Services Tax and a secondment at Goldman Sachs in Compensation & Benefits. Stuart holds an LLB Law degree from the University of Birmingham.
