Rupi Saini currently serves as the Head of Commercial and Institutional Business Management COO at NatWest Commercial and Institutional since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at NatWest Markets Plc, where Rupi worked from May 2015 to January 2023 as Cost Transformation Director and Business Manager to the COO, and as Director- Head of Trade & Transaction Reporting. Prior to this, Rupi held positions in regulatory reporting at UBS, structured credit documentation at Goldman Sachs, senior associate structured credit at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and associate credit hybrids at J.P. Morgan. Rupi Saini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Hertfordshire and attended Blackheath High.
