Randal Senter is an accomplished technology and risk management professional with extensive experience in overseeing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Technology Risk Officer at Citi, Randal is responsible for applying operational risk policies and governance processes to mitigate cyber and operational risks. Previous roles include Director of Information Security Governance and Risk Management at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, where Randal established a comprehensive security framework, and Associate Director at DTCC, driving the enterprise-wide GRC program's maturity. Randal has a proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies, enhancing IT operations, and achieving significant cost efficiencies through innovative technology solutions. Randal holds a M.S. in Digital Media and a B.A. in Music Education from Abilene Christian University.
