Nataliya Voytovych, MBCS, currently serves as the Global Head of Data SRE at Citi since March 2022 and has held the position of SRE Lead, SVP. Prior to Citi, Nataliya was with DataArt from August 2014 to February 2022 as the Director of Client Operations, where responsibilities included defining business and operations models and managing escalation in IT operations. Earlier roles include Operations Service Delivery Manager, Programme Manager (CSPO), and Project Manager at various organizations, showcasing a strong background in project management and client operations. Nataliya also served as an Assistant Professor at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Academic credentials include multiple certifications from Google in Python and project management, along with Master's Degrees in Economics and Linguistics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
