Nasser Malik is a highly experienced finance professional with a distinguished career at Citi spanning over 38 years, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking, Sustainability & Corporate Transitions, and previously leading roles in Structured Debt and Structured Solutions. Nasser has successfully managed global teams across key financial hubs and has been instrumental in developing strategies focusing on Project & Infrastructure Finance, Sustainable Finance, and capital structuring solutions. Prior to Citi, Nasser held significant positions at Salomon Smith Barney and Salomon Brothers, specializing in Fixed Income, Liability Management, and Emerging Market Securitization. Nasser holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.
